AI Assistant as an Employee adds an AI staff member to the platform. It appears as a team member, chats from every page and in the mobile app with streaming answers and file or image attachments, and uses thirty-three built-in tools to look up tasks, workload, attendance, deals, leads, tickets, clients, projects, invoices, reports and meetings, or to create and update tasks. The module brings its own screens: AI Dashboard, AI Today, Tuned Brain, AI Console, Company Steward, Company Knowledge and a Marketing Tracker for campaigns, and a group chat can get replies too. It ships as a neutral skeleton, so after purchase you set its name, motto, slogan, knowledge and who may use it. It runs on OpenAI models through your own API key.

- Limits you control: autonomy is off by default, with a kill switch, a daily send cap, a full audit log and a 60 minute undo for its actions.

The assistant connects tasks, CRM, tickets, invoicing and the knowledge base into one conversation, so every role gets help in the data it already works with. It is an add-on that an admin enables per role, and it starts for admins only. Work stays supervised and reversible, so the team can trust it from day one, and a person always has the last word. It gives the whole platform an extra pair of hands.
