Add-on · Innovative AI Assistant as an Employee

An AI staffmember foryour business.

Not a chat widget. An assistant that joins your team, works on your live data and proposes what to do next, while people stay in control.

The idea

A skeleton you make your own.

The assistant is delivered as a neutral skeleton: capable, connected to your platform, and deliberately impersonal. After you buy it, you make it yours: what it knows, how it speaks, who may use it, and what it may do on its own.

In a custom solution we do that with you, around your processes, and integrate it on your own server or environment.

What it does

One assistant, across the whole business.

I.

It knows your business.

Thirty-three built-in tools let it look up tasks, team workload, attendance, deals, leads, tickets, clients, projects and their commit history, invoices, reports and meetings, and search your knowledge base.

II.

It does the work.

Ask it in chat to create a task, update one, or add a comment. Attach a file or an image to the conversation and ask about it.

III.

It remembers.

Per-person memory and company knowledge carry across conversations. The assistant can draft company knowledge, and a person confirms it.

IV.

It brings you the next action.

Autopilot turns what it notices into cards: a deal with no next step, a stale follow-up, an overdue task, a ticket about to breach its SLA, unbilled time, a contract up for renewal. A person approves, edits or dismisses each one.

V.

It drafts. You approve.

Once a mailbox is connected, the Email Steward reads incoming mail, extracts the facts that matter and drafts a reply in your company voice. It also drafts invoices, outreach and posts. Nothing goes out until a person approves it.

VI.

It stays inside limits.

Autonomy is off by default and switched on per channel. There is a global kill switch, a daily cap on external sends, and a trust ramp that relaxes approval only after people have approved enough drafts. Every action is logged and can be undone within 60 minutes.

FAQ

What people ask.

Is it just a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. This assistant works on your live platform data, creates and updates tasks, remembers context, and proposes the next action for a person to approve.
Will it act without asking?
Not unless you allow it. Autonomy is off by default and is switched on per channel. There is a global kill switch, a daily cap on external sends, and an audit log with a 60-minute undo.
Can it send email on its own?
Only if you enable that channel. By default every draft waits for a person to approve it.
What does “neutral skeleton” mean?
The assistant ships capable and connected, but deliberately impersonal. After purchase you personalise it: what it knows, how it speaks, who may use it and what it may do on its own.
Which AI model does it use?
OpenAI models today, through your own OpenAI API key. The model layer is isolated in one place so the provider can change.
Can you set it up for our business?
Yes. In a custom solution we personalise the assistant with you and integrate it on your server or environment.
